| 「電子學習試驗計劃」評估研究 |

計劃簡介
本計劃將配合學生和教師日常的學與教，發展電子教材、學材和創新的教學模式，使學生能夠自主學習。學生透過在課前預習，課堂上實踐合作學習，展示學習成果；課後使用電子學習日誌，記錄學習心得，鞏固其學習。透過大量的學習活動，培養學生正面積極地應用資訊科技，提高學生的溝通能力、協作能力、創造力、批判性思考能力、運用資訊科技能力、運算能力、解決問題能力、自我管理能力、研習能力及審美能力等。藉著與大學、友校、出版商及資訊科技界四方共同合作，建構出可持續發展的電子學習模式及相關市場，並且減輕家長的經濟負擔。教師藉著資訊科技和出版社的人力資源獲得評估數據，繼而有效地照顧學生的個別學習差異，優化教學效能。「學得e」系統共分為三部分，分別是「預習e」、「課堂e」和「自學e」。這三部份都是針對學生和教師的學與教而設計，較時下坊間的學習系統清晰和人性化。
This project will fit in with teachers' and students' daily teaching and learning. It will also help to develop electronic teaching and learning materials and to create new teaching methods and strategies in order for students to be more proficient in self-learning.
The whole learning process will consist of several different stages and will begin from students' lesson preparations at home to the co-operative learning activities in the classroom, the display of students' learning achievements, and the use of an electronic learning log after school for students to reflect on and consolidate their learning. Through a large number of learning activities, it is hoped that students will attain a positive attitude towards information technology. Additionally, it is our aim to develop our students' 9 generic skills that consist of collaboration skills, communication skills, creativity, critical thinking skills, information technology skills, numeracy skills, problem-solving skills, self-management skills and study skills.
With the co-operation of universities, schools, publishing companies and the information technology industries, we will create a continuously developing electronic learning platform which will in turn reduce the economic burden of parents.
By means of the evaluations and data of the information technology companies and publishing companies, teachers will be able to continue to effectively cater for learner differences and optimize their teaching effectiveness. The 'e-learning' programme consists of 3 different parts that are 'e-lesson preparations', 'e-lessons' and 'e-self-learning'. These 3 parts were specifically designed to focus on teachers' and students' teaching and learning in order to make it more efficient and clear.
